Holly the Kingfisher
Nawautin Nature Sanctuary has become one of my favorite places to sit quietly outdoors, paint, read and relax on my paddle board.
There’s no shortage of “friends” to speak to at Nawautin, including beautiful kingfishers that weave in and out of where the nesting geese and swan sit. Named after a dear friend who helped push this piece to completion, “Holly the Kingfisher” is a bright, bold beauty.
